Many children we work with don’t struggle with maths because they can’t do it — they struggle because somewhere along the way, gaps opened up and learning moved on without them. That leads to frustration, avoidance, and a belief that they’re “just not a maths person.”

Sessions are delivered in 4-week blocks and cost £120 per block. To get started, book an initial assessment and we’ll help you find the right fit for your child.

This programme goes back to where the gaps are and rebuilds from there. We don’t rush through topics or rely on memorisation — we focus on making sure your child actually understands what they’re doing and why, so progress sticks.

What We Focus On

• Strengthening core numeracy — the foundational skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division that everything else builds on
• Breaking down problems into steps — helping your child approach word problems and multi-step questions without feeling overwhelmed
• Building number confidence — using visual tools and practical techniques to help your child see patterns, make connections, and feel comfortable working with numbers

How This Works

Sessions are delivered in 4-week blocks within a small group setting. Each block has clear learning goals, and we review progress with you at the end. Your child works at their own pace — we move forward when they’re ready, not when a curriculum says so.

If your child has an EHCP with numeracy-related outcomes, we can align sessions to support those targets.
